Alisher Ro'zmetov was born on November 29, 1974, in Tashkent, into a family of artists. From childhood, he studied in the ghijjak department of the Republican Art and Music School until the 8th grade. After school, he studied in the ghijjak direction at the Yu. Rajabiy Music College. In 1994, he entered the music faculty of the Nizomiy Tashkent Pedagogical Institute. He began his early creative work during his student years in 1998 with the song "Sevgi", performed to the poetry of Erkin Vohidov. The singer's hit songs are "Shahlo", "Tun kecha", and "Kechalar". To date, the singer has gifted his fans nearly 50 songs, over 20 music videos, and albums titled "Tun kecha", "Kechalar", and "Mayli". In 2003, Alisher Ro'zmetov won 1st place in the "Aziz ona yurtim navolari" competition.
